Daily night regime

Follow a daily night care regime to keep your skin healthy and nourished. Inculcate a habit of cleaning your face before you go to your bed. If you have put on makeup during the day, remember to remove it completely using some olive oil or a good cleanser.

It’s always advised to keep your cell phone and tablets away and in silent mode so that nothing disturbs you while sleeping. You can take a warm water bath to help you sleep better. It relaxes the body muscles and helps you to sleep better. One can also take some warm milk with a pinch of turmeric to inculcate a healthy sleep.

Apply some mask.

There are various home based ingredients which can be applied to face and body to keep your skin healthy and glowing. Turmeric helps improve the pigment of the skin and helps you become fairer. Honey provides that much needed moisture and results in smoother skin.

Multani Mitti or Fuller’s earth can help you repair damaged skin and clears pores. It can be applied to whole body while taking bath. You can add a pinch of lemon water; it will help you decrease de-coloration of your skin and will make you fairer.

Eat Healthy.

Try to eat healthy food, for what you eat reflects on your skin. Your skin is a good measure of your health. You must have noticed that days we indulge ourselves into more oily and processed food, our skin feels patchy and are more prone to breakouts. You must inculcate eating more green food and raw food.

They introduce much-needed ingredients in your body and help keep your digestive system clean. Rather than going for a glass of water, go for a whole fruit which is much more beneficial for your body as it provides you all the ingredients without over doing anything and fills you with fiber. Eat almonds in moderate amount, to have that good and healthy skin and hairs.
